What if my goods are damaged?

If your goods are damaged during transit or otherwise when they reach you, we will take full responsibility for either repairing or replacing the equipment. We will further pay for the return postage and will accept returns upto 2 months of delivery date. In this scenario, we recommend you taking photos of the damaged equipment at the delivery of the equipment and inform us right away. You can call 1300 00 8283 or email us at info@vaveaustralia.com.au. Please note that it is ideal, but not necessary, that the damage of the equipment is acknowledged during delivery drop off.

Can I see the products before I buy?

Yes of course. We have a display showroom and our office located in Sunshine West. Our customers are most welcome to walk-in to see the equipment firsthand. We are open 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Do you offer any warranty on your equipment?

Vave Australia refrigeration equipment is designed and manufactured with the highest standard and has the most heavy duty parts installed. We pride ourselves on the functionality of our equipment and thus offer 2 years labour and parts onsite warranty on all our equipment, except cake display fridges and bar coolers. These two ranges have 1 year labor and parts on-site warranty.

Where do you deliver in Australia?

Currently, we are delivering to only Melbourne Metro and Regional Vic. However, we do have capabilities to deliver to other states on request. Please get in touch on 1300 00 82 83 for a quote and expected time of delivery.

How much does the delivery cost and can we get urgent delivery?

We charge a flat $180 on deliveries across Metro Melbourne and $300 for deliveries for regional vic. Although, we try to get your equipment delivered within 2-3 working days, you can reach out to us in case you need an urgent next or same day delivery. We always serve our customers with the best of our capacity and will try our best to organise delivery at the earliest.

Do you supply spare parts?

No, we do not sell or supply spare parts. We are a commercial refrigeration sales and service business. We sell finished commercial refrigeration equipment to businesses and further provide after sales services such as repairs, preventative maintenance etc.

What type of Payments do you take?

We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, paypal. We offer cash on delivery as well as long as the customer makes a 25% deposit prior to delivery. Furthermore, we have a tie-up with a silver chef that allows our customers to get their fridges financed. They can own the equipment without having to pay the upfront costs. How do I return my goods?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase when you order with us. But we understand there are circumstances that you would have to return our equipment. In case you receive damaged equipment from our end or due to the shipping process, we would bear the entire cost of replacing the faulty item. This includes removal of the faulty item from your premise and the re-delivery fee, if applicable. In this scenario, please take photos of your damaged or faulty equipment and write to us on info@vaveaustralia.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the equipment. Faulty equipment will be replaced even after the 48 hours time frame.

However, these products require to be delivered commercially that results in a high shipping fee. Therefore, in case you change your mind about the product and want to return it, you will have to bear the cost of shipping it back to our nearest warehouse location. You can return up to 30 days of the date of purchase. Please ensure it is in a resalable condition and secured when being shipped for delivery.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you are located in Melbourne or a surrounding suburb, we would send a technician to repair your fridge within 2-3 working days. This will be free of charge and will be covered during the 2 year warranty period. In case we can’t fix your equipment due to location, we will reimburse the repair charges. In this scenario, please email the invoice/receipt of your repair charges along with your contact details to info@vaveaustralia.com.au and we will contact you to arrange a reimbursement.

What type of Finance do you offer?

We have an in-house finance team that can help you get your fridges financed at industry-best interest rates. Additionally, we partner with Silver Chef as well. They are the leaders in providing refrigeration equipment on lease or hire. You can own the equipment for your business without breaking the bank. Do you sell used or second hand refrigeration?

No we do not sell used or second hand refrigerators. All our products are brand new and come with a two year warranty.
