We want you to be delighted with your purchase when you order with us. But we understand there are circumstances that you would have to return our equipment. In case you receive damaged equipment from our end or due to the shipping process, we would bear the entire cost of replacing the faulty item. This includes removal of the faulty item from your premise and the re-delivery fee, if applicable. In this scenario, please take photos of your damaged or faulty equipment and write to us on info@vaveaustralia.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the equipment. Faulty equipment will be replaced even after the 48 hours time frame.
However, these products require to be delivered commercially that results in a high shipping fee. Therefore, in case you change your mind about the product and want to return it, you will have to bear the cost of shipping it back to our nearest warehouse location. You can return up to 30 days of the date of purchase. Please ensure it is in a resalable condition and secured when being shipped for delivery.
